Responsible AI Policy
Last updated: June 2026
1. Purpose
Ocxly AI Labs publishes educational content about artificial intelligence. This policy describes the principles we follow when writing about and discussing AI.
2. Accuracy over hype
- We describe AI capabilities and limitations honestly, including failure modes like bias and hallucination.
- We do not make unverifiable claims about performance, adoption, or outcomes.
- We distinguish established science from speculation and open research questions.
- We correct errors when they are reported to us.
3. Human oversight
We encourage readers to treat AI outputs as drafts requiring human review, and to keep humans accountable for decisions — especially in high-stakes contexts such as health, finance, employment, and law.
4. Privacy by design
Our in-browser tools process data locally and transmit nothing. We advocate data minimization and informed consent as defaults in AI systems.
5. Fairness and inclusion
We acknowledge that AI systems can encode and amplify bias, and we cover mitigation approaches in our educational content rather than ignoring the problem.
6. Alignment with emerging regulation
We follow developments such as the EU AI Act, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and the OECD AI Principles, and aim to keep our explanations of the regulatory landscape current.
7. Feedback
If you believe any content on this site falls short of these principles, please tell us via the contact page.
